sudhatai, i tried this recipe today reading the recipe given taking 1 katori each of kashew powder and milk powder and 3/4 katori sugar and 2 tbsp milk..but after 4 minutes of microwave cooking as there were no bubbles i cookeed for futher 1 minute and the mixer gave a burning smell (karaple kee)...
when i wathced the video i heard the proportions were more like 2 cups..etc...so what should be the timinng for 1 cup of cashew powder...
i have added some more milk and microwved further 1 minute and then spread on a plate and cut into pieces and kept in fridge ..let me see tomorrow how it works out...could u clarify whether the proportion and timing in the written recipe r ok?
