- I have been experimenting to adapt Microwave Ovens, Grills, Convection and Combination cooking methods for Indian cooking since last 10 years. As a result I have developed some special techniques and methods for Indian cooking using Microwave ovens. I have published several books on this subject in Marathi. I have also appeared on various Marathi television channels. I conduct Microwave Cookery Workshops, specialty classes and lectures on regular basis in Pune.
